We have a 1-day return policy, which means you have 1 day after receiving your item to request a return.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note:

• Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
• Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately at info@juliettcouture.com if:

• The item is defective.
• The item is damaged.
• You received the wrong item.

We will evaluate and address the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

• Custom products: We do not accept returns for personalized dresses made based on client requests.
• Sale items and gift cards: These are non-returnable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day period to cancel or return your order without justification.

• The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.
